I do offer layaway through paypal or my square store. Your Choice.


This is how it works. I ONLY ACCEPT layaways on an amount of $150 or more.

A non-refundable down payment of at least $50 is due immediately. I CANNOT RESERVE AN ITEM WITHOUT A DOWN PAYMENT.

I will break up the remainder of balance due into equal payments on agreed time schedule between you and I. I will send an invoice through paypal or square with your next payment which will be on our agreed time schedule. Then I will invoice again for remainder of payments. The item must be paid in full within agreed time schedule of initial transaction, if it is not paid in full, I reserve the right to cancel transaction and put artwork back for sale and keep the non refundable $50. There will be only a grace period of 7 business days from the time your payment is due. No exceptions.

When payments are not made the initial $50 deposit will not be returned, any other payments will be returned.

I will  give you dates and amounts after initial deposit to start your layaway.

If you would like to put a painting on layaway, please read and follow these steps.

CONTACT ME so I can reserve painting and take your your initial deposit on paypal or square. You Can pay as much down as you like, long as you meet the first $50, only the first $50 is non refundable. You must make payment that day or l will cancel it.

I will then send you your next payments amounts and dates and final payment date.

I will invoice you when your next payment is due each time. You then make your next payment.

When balance is paid in full artwork will be shipped via usps or fed ex.

Custom/commission work is NOT eligible for layaway.

For Returns:

You must contact seller via email or phone and claim that you are returning item and why.

Then you will be given return address that you will ship item to.

You Have 3 DAYS to return item if not satisfied.

Item must be postmarked within the three day time limit!

Customer pays all return shipping charges, including delivery confirmation and insurance.

Customer Will NOT be reimbursed for return shipping charges.

Item must be returned in original shipping carton and be well packed.

Item must be in same new condition as it left me, not been altered or damaged.

Refunds will only be issued when the proper return policy is followed,

If the returned piece has not been altered and is returned during the proper period.

Computer monitors may vary on color:

* Please remember that the view of an image will vary between different monitors and the view on a monitor differs from the artwork in person.*

However I believe they always look better in person compared to a photograph.

Custom orders.

Any custom order that is done is a final sale. No refunds or returns.

I will work very closely with any custom order and all questions should be asked before final product has been shipped.
